Over the past few weeks, we reviewed dozens of university programmes, Professional Certificates, educational platforms and specialised courses to answer a simple but practical question:

Where can someone today acquire the knowledge needed to work in AI Search?

We found that there is still no standalone educational system dedicated to AI Search. At the same time, an educational pathway is clearly beginning to emerge, bringing together programmes from several neighbouring disciplines—from Machine Learning and Generative AI to the first specialised courses focused specifically on AI Search.

Only a few months ago, the answer to this question would have been much shorter. Today, the landscape looks very different.

Several distinct types of education are now becoming available.

First, many universities already offer Graduate Certificates, Master’s degrees and other academic programmes in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

Second, major technology companies have introduced Professional Certificates focused on the practical application of AI, AI system development and the use of modern AI tools.

Finally, the first programmes dedicated specifically to AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI SEO and AI Visibility are beginning to appear.

Today, it is interesting to watch a similar process unfold around AI Search.
